"Literally the WORST business I’ve ever dealt with. The employees are incredibly rude and incompetent. LISA at the White Plains location is the worst. For some reason, she ridiculed me for having too many accounts! Problem solved, LISA - will be closing all of my many accounts and the accounts of those I manage. Absolutely disgraceful. They don’t even deserve one star. EDIT: so I email HQ to tell them about my horrible experience and how I closed all of my accounts and they send back something talking about their legendary service. I mean, yeah, I guess it could mean legendarily bad - that tracks. Eye roll."
"My husband and I have both had very negative experiences with this particular White Plains, NY branch. He went in to deposit a real estate check and he was discriminated against. The women that work at this branch are completely terrible and I recommend going to a different branch because this one is not worth the hassle."
