"Every since my employer switch to clarity for flex spending it has been a huge pain. Their app is awful. If you misspell your password twice, you will get locked out of your account. By locked out I mean you have to call their customer service to unlock it. I have multiple credit cards and banking apps , I never had to deal with any insane security features like this before. Did I mention that customer service is only available during the week. So if get you get locked out, your out of luck until Monday. Then you will spend forever on hold just so a person on the other end of the line can click a button. It's mind boggling. This has happen to me several times. It is infuriating. I've been so frustrated with a company in my life."
