"It was very good at the begining until they started raising the price for my auto policy..I was suposed to get a refund for something threy charged me by an error and never got it...I used to talk to a guy, he was very good, he would solve any issues and questions I had, he was very professional, I think he was the first one I spoke to when I got my policy.... I heard now he is not longer there, some people that work there has not character..they dont even return ur call.."

"I used to work directly with someone I could call and we would discuss my policies. Since he left the company I've been asking for someone to work directly with, and I have not been contacted or looked after. When I call the office they move me around from person to person and it's an unpleasant experience. I'm likely to take my business elsewhere once my two claims (that were never technically filed for any financial payout) phase out and other companies can give me a quote. Service was great before this and it's been at least 9 months. Allstate's app is great though."
