"I’ve always had great customer service at this bank and I love coming to this location. The tellers are always so courteous and respectful. I came here when I withdrew the down payment, earnest money, and closing costs for my primary residence and most recently when I opened my business bank account. I’ve always felt like I’m the only customer present at the moment. They took their time to explain the process and it was all so seem less. I forgot her name but the Filipino lady at the front is very nice. I’d like to give a shout-out to Judy Morgan, the banker who helped me open up my business bank account. I can’t believe she had all that time to help me out. I really felt like I was the only one there. It was amazing. No hassle, very easy process. Highly recommended. As for the customers who complain and give bad reviews, there are couple of things I noticed while I was waiting patiently at the bank by the front. There was this one particular disgruntled customer who seems to just want to cause trouble for no apparent reason. He just seemed unhappy with his life and just wanted to take it out on the hard working people here. As for customers who who don’t feel like they were attended to- they seem to just be entitled abnoxious people who don’t realize that there’s only so much a branch can do and I’m sure they do everything within their power to keep customers happy. I’ve been banking with chase for a long time and although they don’t have the best savings interest rate, their process are so easy and streamlined. Highly recommend."

From the moment you walk in, until you leave the staff keeps you engaged whileb completing all your banking need. Couldn't ask for a better neighborhood branch. "Called the location to inquire about Euros for an upcoming trip. They told my father on the phone that this branch would be able to help. Once my father got to the store, the teller told him they didn't offer Euros for non-Chase accountholders. The Bank Manager came out very rude and disrespectful. My dad was not informed on the phone that he needed to have a Chase account to get Euros prior. So after a 30 minute ride to the bank, they weren't even able to help. This branch should fire the bank manager for how rudely he spoke to my father. Unfortunate and it seems like multiple customers have had similar experiences."
