PNC Bank

"extremely unprofessional! one teller was helpful and her name was Armani the other teller showed and made sounds that she clearly had an attitude. Then I explained exactly what the issue was and what department I needed to a worker named Abel then he continued to come out and try to solve a problem I know he couldn’t solve and he clearly didn’t know what he was talking about after 5 minutes of wasting my time I then requested a manager he spoke to him about 3 minutes then proceeded to lie to say he was in a meeting when in fact he didn’t walk out until 15 min later to start his meeting so I have been waiting for now about 30 minutes. I am in fact leaving this review while still sitting here waiting and this bank needs new staff. I am completely appalled and will be contacting corporate ! I did finally speak with the manager Christopher and I must say he was very helpful as well, however the other staff are really a bad look"

"I will never go back to this bank again today I felt as though I was racially profiled. I just had to use the restroom, they all looked at me like i was going to hold the bank up. So the young man told me they were closed. It is 5:00pm and the sign on door says it close at 6:00pm!!! I have used the restroom at this bank more than once. I don't nooooo if my presents made them afraid, 6'4 299lbs and im a #BLACKMAN But at the end of the day i am a working citizen and a loyal customer. THEY LEFT A BAD TASTE IN MY MOUTH!!!!!!!!"

"I would not recommend this bank. I felt very uncomfortable when I found out the assistant manager was punching my business partner to open an account with her to get commission for it. She also ask via my business partner via text message to send her a picture of my drivers license and social security to open me an account and I guess get commission out of it too. I suggest bankers don’t ask for personal information. 1) by text message 2) to someone that is not the person opening the account."

"(5 Stars for Courtney) When I walked into the branch I was greeted right away. I was sent over to Courtney so she could help me. She also greeted me with a smile and introduced herself. Courtney was extremely patient the whole time dealing with me and answering all of my questions and any concerns I had. She was also able to relate to me which made it more comfortable for me to talk to her. Courtney is the true definition of a excellent employee for PNC. Her customer service skills are greatly appreciated. I definitely feel like she went above and beyond to do everything in her power to help me and explained different strategies that would be best for me. I hope this reaches her manager so they can understand how much of a great asset she is to PNC."

"So I walked into this location on today to cash some work checks. Once in the location, I was greeted by a young woman who was very displeasant and rude. She questioned me in an interrogation type of way as if I didn’t belong there. I am a former Federal Reserve employee and a current Hertz executive. This treatment is not acceptable and something needs to be done immediately. I will be taking further action."
