"I've used this facility for several years. When I first moved in the facility and cost wasn't so bad. I have had several unit sizes over time and chose to continue using the facility because I had no other choice. I recently removed most of my items and sized down to a smaller unit about 3 months ago. Today, I was told it's time for a yearly increase almost double the amount of my monthly payment. No thanks, it's not worth it at all."

"I don't know where to start. The location is weird. To enter the facility with your vehicle, you block traffic. There are 3 gates total. The 1st is just to enter the facility as a whole. That gate is iffy at best. The 2nd gate allows a vehicle to enter the storage area for loading/unloading. That gate does NOT work! Therefore, we must resort to going through a basic door to try and retrieve a moving cart. Might I add that there are only 3 moving carts for the entire facility. Moving items through that 1 door is not easy at all when moving large items. The door is the size of an apartment door. So good luck with furniture. The 3rd gate is a gate that is supposed to allow the cars out. Well...that doesn't work either. But fear not as the 2nd gate doesn't work so no need to be able to get out anyway. There are 2 elevators but only 1 works. I'm not sure when the dumpster gets cleaned out or the area around it...but it's been 2 weeks and the same trash/mattress has been there. There seems to be a permanent beat up old sofa in the area where the carts should be. Noone bothers to clean. I'm on the 4th floor and there's dirt, a box, and overall filth in the exact same location for 2 weeks. I'm a new renter. I did everything online and I'm so very disappointed. Only thing that I'm happy about is that my unit (itself) is clean. To enter, you need your code. To operate the elevator, you need your code. You can only go to your own floor with your code. And to go back down you need your code. I suppose it's a good security measure for the area an type of people for that area but it is tedious and when there are inconsiderate folks that don't bring the carts back down, we don't even have the ability to go look for them because we are only allowed to our own floor. The restroom was filthy when we went. I also realize that the type of people that rent in that area are a challenge. A family that came when we were there, kindly dumped their children's trash on the middle of the floor. Another family came and allowed their children and teens to play ball in the initial area. I couldn't believe it. So I do recognize the challenge for that area. But then they need more staff and better rules implemented. But the fact that there is the same trash for 2 weeks in the same areas just shows that little care is given to even try. I needed a location quickly and reserved without checking. Never again! We are currently looking for a different facility if possible. Update: the hours on a Sunday are until 4pm. I drove 1 hour to get here to pick up 1 box and I got here at 3:45pm. I can't get in. Noone in the office. And a customer came out at 3:55 and said they told him they close at 3:30 and that the 4pm is for the office only. This is absolutely ridiculous! I DROVE 1 HR!!! For them to close early! My access code didn't work as it said the area was closed. I called customer service and they verified that it should be open until 4pm. Also, when calling, I found out that my rate will increase to $240 from $168. That is absolutely absurd! Between the unprofessional level of customer service and management, to the gates not working properly, to the uncleanness of the property...this is insane! Noone sweeps nor mops nor anything. I found new garbage on my floor! 4th floor! I'm posting a new pic to show this! It's disgusting and insane. I'm not renewing for October and your price hike! We will move our belongings! I'd rather pay to move than to keep this filthy place! Please look at the new pics! I'm terribly frustrated!!"
