"Update: So they ended up clearing out the unit within a day. Changed the rating for their quick response and action towards resolution. Went to put a lock on my unit. My storage was filled to the top with stuff from another tenants stuff. Upon inspection, there were heorin needles in some of the cases belonging to the previous tenant. It's the most affordable option for storage in the area, but this will probably need to be addressed. Still waiting to see how they'll resolve my storage issue."

"Had difficulty on 38th and 9th accessing the unit since the elevator was not working. There was suitcases and trash inside the unit making it difficult to bring my belongings in. Local locker responded promptly however should address access issues for customers."

Local Locker was there for me from start to finish to help make things as frictionless as possible: from sign-up and move-in, to moving to a larger unit, and then adding a second, and thusly moving out... It was so nice to NOT have to climb a ladder to reach my unit, and to get to deal with live humans for customer service. If I still needed storage, this would be the only place to look!"
