If you don’t like your job, you should quit. I have never seen this kind of customer service in the States,I will file the complaint ."

Fellow unprofessional youth workers hide the coworkers poor behavior. They always play dumb. Corporate will be thoroughly notified as well as the city and upstate. Keep thinking you will get away with nonsense behavior."
