"The first time when I heard about Times Square Church was from the book "The Heavenly Man". The author described the church beautifully where the worship along with the many different brothers and sisters of many backgrounds joined together to sing praise. From that book I knew this was a church that I wanted to visit. As a new Christian at the time you can imagine how intimidating it is to walk through those doors, not just a church door but a theater door but the person who greeted me was welcoming and I was seated right away. So for the next couple of years I attended on and off when I finally decided it was time to do a foundations class to have a better understanding. After that I was baptized and joined what was known at the time as the Ravens ministry. It was a wonderful time where I was among fellow believers but I couldn't help but think that if you did not join any ministry you could not find a community. For any mega church that can sit hundreds you can easily go in and out of church hear the sermon but then not have fellowship. I stopped attending once I had moved but my time there was a special time. I do miss Pastor Carroll's message. His sermons were the ones that were the most clear whenever I would hear him speak. I don't know how it is now but I'm sure the worship is still awesome and for those of you looking for the small churches this place may not be for you but it doesn't mean you won't be blessed by this church but for everything there is a season where you know when it's time to move on. TSC will always have a special place in my heart."

"I have been part of the TSC community for many years. For the most part, it has been a positive experience. Compared to smaller churches, they have a greater variety of activities. However, lately it seems that there is a rush to bring more people into the church without making sure those assigned to lead them are properly vetted to confirm their behavior is Christ-like. Because of this, please be aware that you might experience behaviors from leadership that are frown upon even in secular places. Keep also in mind that even when their awful behavior is exposed the church may not remove or at least temporarily bench bad leaders. So, if you decide to participate in any group, please make sure that you ask God for discernment. Don’t assume that just because someone is in a leadership position at TSC, you can automatically trust them. Look for consistent demonstrations of Christ-like behavior before giving your trust."

"Loved the sermons, the worship songs and the whole service. Felt God's presence, felt welcomed in the church, and heard God's word. The choir and lead singers were amazing and sang beautiful songs. This church was started by David Wilkerson, and continued to Carter Conlin, and now Tim Delena. Even pastor Delena would lead the church in singing hymns during his sermon. May God bless this church and may this church be the light and salt of the earth, especially in NYC and to the rest of the world."
