Reviews
"I have purchased a monument for my father at the Queens location. On the date I came in to pay for my arranged final payment, I was met by a male receptionist, hefty looking man in his 50's or 60's that I have never met before even to my two prior visits with a different receptionist that went eventfully well. This gentleman if indeed one, is uncourteous, unprofessional, incompetent, and lack the knowledge on conducting business. Although i came in and waited not long before seeing him, the first thing came out of his mouth was not greeting, but rather met with a question, when did I come in the door. Now, although i don't mind the unprofessionalism, it has put a bad impression to boot in the back of my mind. I paid no mind to it and wanted simply to make my final payment and move on with my life. When i told him i wanted to make a final payment, i provided my receipt, and he immediately find something wrong with the receipt. He told me that i was missing some sort of ink writing on the receipt. While i did not understand what he meant, it took me a moment to figure out that maybe it was a second receipt I possess that might have the explanation, so I provided that. He continued by asking me on the amount that i owed, and at the time i directed him towards the receipt. I don't recall if I said the amount myself, but he himself repeated to indicate the amount shown on the receipt, then finally upon his own recourse picked up his phone and called his boss again to verify the amount. Somehow i find that odd, if you can see immediately what’s missing on the receipt, you can pick up on the amount owed also on the receipt, and if you going to call your boss, then why asked. When things are settled, I immediately provided him with the payment. He counted the amount and wrote me a receipt. Now up until this point, things were fine & dandy. Although I made all my payments as requested by the company, I did not feel comfortable seeing this male receptionist not knowing that I have made my payments or even seeing the amount I owed, so I requested him to put on the receipt with some sort of writing/stamp saying that my payments are either completed or fully paid, which all in all pretty much a standard , and a common request in the industries or any industries if you writing out a receipt. It wasn’t even a hard request, and nothing unreasonable nor difficult. So now from this point on, things went sour. I see this male receptionist suddenly retorted with a no and stated that he will not provide it, because it's not how business are done to request him to write a new receipt is impossible, which then he persistently continues to say that I wanted a separate receipt written, as a later lie to his boss to somehow turn the table on me. As he went on, so he claimed, the receipt is never done like that in any & everywhere. He barked, the company/boss’ policy does not allowed him to do just that, while he couldn't simply put two words on my receipt. Really? You’re allowed to write the receipt, but not allowed to write a legitimate request saying my payment are completed. As the argument pursue, he boldly stated, even if it’s the president of the U.S he would not oblige to write him (as referring to the receipt). This is utterly ridiculous. In all my years, I have never ever met anyone remotely so ignorant and blatantly so absorbed in his own nonsensible believes. What made things worse, from a push to a shove, he threatened to call the police on me twice. Then, pushed my money back at me like he doesn’t want the money. This is an example of true toxic worker. If this is how you attract business, good luck. If you, the owners reading this and please read this, re-evaluate your receptionist hired. I would give you 5 stars for the work quality and timely delivery as promised, excellent Job on the memorial. But the moment I have to deal with the representative for your company, I have to give it one star; it's a shocking headache to deal with the receptionist. Blame your rudely male receptionist for the review."
"The boss is very down-to-earth. He designed our tombstone to be very beautiful and installed the tombstone carefully! Highly recommended"
