"Typical career politician, once she's elected, she doesn't serve her community, besides her personal interest (Pretty sure she's a millionaire after sticking in the position for a decade). If you need help with contacting state dept. regarding your passport, forget about it. You might have better luck doing the heavy-lifting work yourself than emailing her office, such a shame that her constituency only covers parts of Queens, yet she couldn't even send a confirmation email when receiving a request. You might have luck, receiving her "newsletter" (SPAM) or her volunteer team who's job is basically soliciting votes, when it comes to election year."
