The space itself is very clean, and temperature controlled. Unlike most other storage units I have used in NYC, these are built so you cannot see into them, which makes spying on your neighbors impossible, but also gives a sense of security for your items. Very clean, elevator access, and easy to move stuff in and out despite no staff at the center. support is available if you need it, but I have not so far."
