Although I kept changing my mind about which space I wanted, she was calm, patient and did not get annoyed with me. She cleaned out my new space and is overall such a wonderful employee. I went with the intention of closing my space but after meeting her, I decided to keep my space. Thank you Jasmine. You are the best."
"When I first came in I was greeted with kindness from the two associates there Jasmine and Jayquan. I ended up purchasing a unit today, the process was very quick and easy. I was able to understand the prices of each unit effectively and what would be suitable for my situation. Jasmine made sure she gave me a tour of everything! She was very nice and lovely during the process and she made sure I understood everything regarding rules and how to set up access. Thank you !"
"Nice new modern place but they kept raising my rates. every 6 months your rate increases by a percentage. This is discretionary based on the employees attitudes. Pretty sure you could toss them some cash for a better deal especially if they are away from the counter/cameras. Decided to move my stuff to a different facility. Very happy I did. Also after they officially take you on as a customer they pressure you to leave a five-star review. They said they count up the reviews and they're competing to win $25 starbucks gift cards or a pizza party from they're boss"
