"Worst customer service i’ve ever had in my life! Tanisha, who’s supposed to be a supervisor, completely went off on me to the point where she made me cry. I would understand if I was being rude or cussing her out or just being annoying for days, but I wasn’t - and I even apologized if it was coming off like that, but she went ahead and told me how her day was going worse and that there was nothing she can do since I wasn’t smart enough to note the name of the person who gave me the wrong information. I wasn’t even trying to get her to fix it, I was just trying to understand what happened. I hope you get some serious help Tanisha. Don’t be in customer service if you have a short fuse and a nasty mouth."

"I was at the post office yesterday and as usual it was a very good experience. I was getting renewal on my passport. I had questions about it .my clerk was Rae . She was very pleasant and very professional she went out of her way to help me . I also observed her taking care of the customer ahead of me which she treated the same as she treated me with respect and efficiency. Wonderful employee and I will always go to this post office .clerk 19 This is a very busy post office and it’s wonderful to have such a great employee at this location ."

"I've read "Google needs negative stars." Very true. This post office should get 5 negatives stars. I have used the online mail delivery for over five years. Never failed to delivery the day of. In fact not even in the Bronx. SMH! This post office is never on the day of or you just will not ever get the mail shown. In fact missing. They told me "the online service is inaccurate and its because they receive it from the warehouse." So it's the warehouse fault not ours, they say. They brush you off with an excuse."

"My experience at the post office was extremely disappointing. Despite making an appointment a week in advance for passport and photo services, when I arrived, I had to wait in line for 45 minutes. There was only one staff member attending to all the customers, and there was no assistance available for taking photos. I was simply told to wait without any indication of how long it would take."

"Where is management? Why is the place so poorly run? I went in for my passport appointment and was ushered into the same line as people delivering packages. I was promised 15 minutes with an agent and instead was rushed and yelled at in line by a very rude worker. She also did not help me, whatsoever. She lied to me about my passport card being expired and told me I did not have all the documents I needed. Once I went home I looked at my card (doesn’t expire for another 6 years!) and looked over the government website, I absolutely had the right stuff. I even found out I could do it both in person & through the mail if I wanted to, which the lady NEVER advised. I could tell from the moment I got to the window that she was trying to find an excuse to kick me out so she could handle the long line of people with shipments behind me. Once again, where is management, and why is this place so poorly ran? Why is the passport application office closed? Why does it look like roaches are overtaking the place? I would love to speak to someone (anyone) in charge. Worst experience ever!"
