Carla was an angel and in less than 15 minutes found me a direct flight for less than multiple stop flights that cost more! Thank you Carla will be back!"

"Honestly the worst agency. You'd think during these difficult time they'd help you, however they only care about their money and customer service is poor as well. They haven't reimbursed me back my money for a plane ticket that I never took due to Covid-19, when I tried talking to them, they started blaming each other, the accountant, the plane agency, etc and never gave me a real solution or answer. I asked to speak with a supervisor or manager, and they refused to give me their contact information. I am very disappointed and it is not fair that I lost almost $1500 for their negligence."
