"They should make it easier to get around it's hard to go to Middletown ny by train it takes along time but I went visit my friends upstate it was nice there."
"Most cab drivers suffer from bad treatment of dispatchers, especially in LaGuardia. As a taxi driver, I regret the way they are chosen, because they give a respectable company a bad look, especially in front of arriving passengers. Whoever wants to be sure should go out to the field and patiently collect random opinions and why so many drivers stopped to go pick up passengers from there Regarding short trips, please give priority to drivers to ensure smooth work. This is if the service and treatment improve and we return to transporting passengers there. This is a fact and it should have been explained and communicated so that my words would not be understood in a different way and would harm of esteemed companies ."
"We were told our Air Link shuttle driver would be 20 minutes to 40 minites. 1 1/2 hrs. later the shuttle started the milk run dropping passengers off. Take a cab or U ber and save yourselves a whole lot of headaches."
"The employees of The Port authority of New York and New Jersey are the most arrogant people l encounter 99% ,one time l call the police becacuse l had an emergency, the police officer refused to do a police report. He sayed " Next time dont be calling for fu.......litle ch.....like this..they are not friendly at all."
"Just be careful, they pic you up and live the airport then if someone by a new ticket, they will return and pic then with out considering your time and flight needs. So if you have to be there on time don't count on your this service. Costumer service is rude and don't really care when you call to make a complain."
