"Visiting the Jewish Museum in New York City was a truly enriching experience that I highly recommend to all. The museum beautifully showcases the rich history and culture of the Jewish people through a diverse collection of art, artifacts, and exhibitions. From ancient artifacts to contemporary works, there is something for everyone to appreciate and learn from. The following are some : Tips and Tricks: 1. Plan your visit ahead of time to make the most of your experience. Check the museum's website for current exhibitions and special events. 2. Consider taking a guided tour to gain deeper insights into the museum's collection and history. 3. Don't miss the museum's shop, which offers unique gifts and books related to Jewish art and culture. 4. Take your time exploring each exhibit and allow yourself to soak in the rich stories and symbolism behind the artworks. Cost: - General Admission: $18 - Seniors (65+): $12 - Students: $8 - Children under 18: Free With its thoughtful exhibitions, knowledgeable staff, and welcoming atmosphere, it's a must-visit destination for anyone interested in Jewish history and culture. Five stars without a doubt!"
"We didn't feel comfortable. It's like we were the odd ones if you know what I mean. My daughter is always interested in knowing about different cultures and religions but it's not always so welcoming. And I checked in my jacket and when I was ready to go it was toss to the side on a rail. The person had no other excuse but to say that it fell on the floor and instead of hanging it back up on hanger 97. She tossed it to the side with plenty of coat hangers. It's wasn't packed. I am not interested in going back there again. But I'm glad my daughter still got to explore and read about the different art. Just sad how we still live in a world where even though we bleed the same color we are STILL not comfortable with one another. Thanks anyways. It was free so at least I'm not that disappointed. I digress. ❤️"
"Marta Minujin’s bright and colorful work made me happy and kept me smiling throughout her exhibit. Only at the museum until April 1 (2024), so see it if you can."
"Divine! The Chloé exhibition was well-curated and organized smoothly to facilitate the evolution of the luxury brand both as a visual and written narrative. The mix of videos, dresses, sketches, imagery blended well for a synchronous story."
"I love his museum. Always something new and intetesting! Went to see Gaby Aghion & Chloe exhibit. We took a tour(public tour at no cost) offered by Museum. It was very intetesting and informative and provided an intetesting view on the whole concept of Chloe. And of course a stunning collection of clothes by different designers who worked for Chloe. Also went through the other parts of museum. Saw lots of new art objects. The permanent collection rotating every few month so that visitors are able to see as many onjects as possible. And the museum store is like a continuation of museum."
