"I have lived here for over 30 years and when I say the service is horrible it’s an understatement. The majority of the employees including supervisors are nasty rude and disrespectful. How frustrating it is to take off work waiting for a package and the carrier leaves the notice inside of the mail box instead of bringing it upstairs…. Or my latest incident my package was labeled as being handed to the resident but it wasn’t! I stayed home all day even checked with neighbors. Quite often other peoples packages are in my mailbox and I’ve even had packages brought to me from someone in a different building because it was dropped off at the wrong address! This is the worst post office in the world!"

"insanely rude, vile and disrespectful people working here. I've been visiting this post office for 5 years and i just had a horrible experience with the lady at the pick up window - she is NASTY. Wouldn't give me my package because my ID didn't match my preferred name on the package and the apt number was 2 instead of 3. I told her I moved downstairs and my preferred name, which ive never had an issue with prior, was listed on multiple articles of mail along with my government name. Scoffed in my face to her coworker, left her post and refused service. None of the other agents were helpful either. I even called USPS customer service and they were shocked at how unprofessional this location was being and that with no signature required there should be no issue in picking up a package with a preferred name. I had to go through a rep to schedule a redelivery because this post office down the street didn't want to give me my package. I will never come back here. If I could give them zero stars I would. None of these people should be working in customer service they are bitter af"

"I dread when I have to visit this post office. A package said it was undeliverable even though I was home all day so I rescheduled delivery online, but then it never came, so I made the trek up to hell…gate and inquired. Luckily, this time they were able to retrieve my package, but not without extreme sass from the desk attendant. The glass is so thick (which I get, safety concerns) but it makes communication impossible and then the workers are always SO ANNOYED when you can’t understand what they’re trying to say to you. If I can avoid this location and go to the one on 91st, I do."
