"Snap office rd ave and 127 st I went there about 3 times to get my problem solve and didn’t get any mail for my status in the mail after a representative for a second time said all the papers were in I went to another office and told me that my papers were still not in and she made all the correction that the 3rd ave office should have done. I give the 3rd ave office a star and half"

"Terrible on the 4th floor they lie and say the computers are down while using them the supervisor George is unprofessional telling people to go home that has been waiting for services about 7 hours for something that takes 5mins."

"If possible, avoid this place like the plague!!! Disrespectful and completely lazy staff. They will make you wait for hours and then have you come back to the same for days. They also do not process your recertification and then pretend not to have received it in the first place. Vindictive, malicious, and petty little liars work here. And, they refuse service to clients as well. I wouldn't be surprised if somebody created an active shooter situation here due to the actions of these disrespectful staff members. The Supervisor needs to be fired as he is completely lacking in competency!!! A Very Bad Place With TERRIBLE Customer Service."
