"We went to this location to see if we wanted to rent a storage unit. As soon as we arrived we were greeted by Kristen, who was very pleasant, and helpful. She is the perfect example of how a person working in a customer service job should work. If she is not a manager in that role she definitely should be! I truly hope that employees there are treated well with great benefits, they must be able to have a stoʻrage unit at no cost, because Kristen is someone that ai would hire to work the front desk at one of my animal hospitals starting her at $28 an hour. She took the time to show us all of the available units in the size we were looking for explaining every single last detail. After we chose a unit she took the time to show us how to work the elevator, download the app, and work the lock to the unit we selected. I would highly recommend this location, soley based on the experience we received when we were helped by Kristen. If they don't get this employee on their manager team, they are missing out and may loose an amazing employee, someone will pay her big bucks for that level of customer service that is so rare these days."
