"Let me sit down for a minute and get my thoughts together for this awful experience I had today with a public servant that clearly did not know what she was doing. She was of no help and had the audacity to try and talk over a child and talk down to the mother because my son did not have a state ID at seventeen. I can go on but my religion teaches me to let go of negativity quickly. I will tell you this if you are the police from the PSA 5 and you are chasing, say a thief and I happen to be there, and you ask which way I saw the perp go, I will ask are you from the PSA 5?, and point you in the opposite direction so you can waste your time as I and my son did on this date of july 31, 2024. So the perp can get away as you allowed the perp to get away that stole from my son by having that unprofessional public servant trying to write up a report she clearly did not know how to do. But she knew how to be a jerk and most unkind, very well she did that. Smh."
"With the things that these officers have to deal with, why not give them a five-star rating?"
"Plenty of parking options in the area but they still insist on parking on the sidewalk in violation of the Americans with Disabilities Act."
"Driving down 124th when a clearly inexperienced drive darts out from a side street between two parked trucks. With total disregard for other vehicles. After I exchange info I am told I can leave. While I am leave the officer who hit me, pulls me over and the. Starts to interrogate me, with about 10 other police officers standing behind me. The officer tells me this is standard procedure. That he has to run me for warrants. Which he never did. Mind you I’m a 40 years personal injury attorney who is well of aware that nothing of what happened after I was told to leave was procedure. So sadly, I have to inform IA about this abuse of force. No citizen should be forced to talk to a cop with 10 cops behind them about how an accident happens. Especially when the cop that hit them is standing there. This is clearly why people get so frustrated with the NYPD. Based off of the sergeants statement it is normal procedure to have 10 police officers at an auto accident."
"On 06/25/13 I suffered from what I believe was a heart attack. In pain, and lying on the ground, I managed to call 911. Two officers from your precinct, I think, came to my rescue. They took the phone out of my hands and coordinated the ambulance. When they learned it was 20 minutes out they looked at each other, then at me, and said two words. “Get in.” They rushed me to the hospital and even dealt with my rather loud demands with poise and care. I just wish you two had your doctorates and could have helped in the hospital, too. Thank you, thank you, thank you! God bless you all!"
