"I went to pick up a package at 830am. And it took 20 minutes for someone to come out to say to me that packages won't be handed out until after 10am. Mind you, no where is there a sign posted giving us this information. I walk with a cane and my leg got tired quickly from the wait. Very unprofessional staff."

"The employee Brown, M was helping me with my passport application. I’m not sure if she was having a bad day or if this is her natural disposition, but she was one of the worst USPS employees I’ve ever encountered, and that says a lot. I watched her out right ignore other customers, and allow people to skip of them. Maybe if she wore a better wig, she would feel better and treat people like people."

"I haven’t written a Google review since like 2020 so you know it’s bad. I went here to ask a simple question about a package. I consider myself a pretty kind person, so I’m not sure why the first clerk HISSED at me. Yes, hissed. The second clerk proceeded to take out what could only be years of bent up anger on me, screaming at me that I was condescending (?) when I was just asking her about where my package was. People were staring and I would up crying lol. Not a great morning! I work with people everyday and I could never in a million years imagine not only treating them the way I was treated, but any type of sane supervisor allowing it. These people need mental health care before they’re allowed to work in customer service. Thank god I’m moving cross country, because dealing with this post office for the past four years has been Lowkey traumatic- also everyone other customer around me was clearly exasperated and also being yelled at? Insane"

"This post office is so bad, I want to move apartments just to get away. They have lost multiple packages of mine, their carriers are absolutely worthless when it comes to doing their job and if you have to go to the actual building to pick up a package or ship something? Forget it. They definitely steal your things. In addition, I have not visited this location once without encountering a problem. The staff are incredibly rude and refuse to help. Most of my visits involve me overhearing the workers being chastised for being rude to customers, so I know it isn’t just me (as other reviewers can also attest). I have been and will be filing multiple complaints with the Postmaster General, and I encourage others to do the same. They have cost me enormous amounts of both time and money. Do NOT do business here. RUN!"

"Does not deliver packages, parcel, and or boxes. They lost my package and say it's delivered. And like another person stated in the comments, 95% they just write the miss your delivery note and be on their way and have you go pick it up. I've rescheduled the delivery and waited the whole day, and nothing. They don't even attempt to redeliver or answer their phone. UPS, FedEx and Amazon does a better job."
