"A caveat... Should you get a parking ticket, just pay it. Do not appeal it, since you will be wasting your time. You appear on your designated day/time and the officer will not appear, causing you to reschedule. It will happen over and over until you get so exhausted that you finally pay the summons to go on with your life."
