"Anthony who works on the weekends was our saving grace. U-Haul let us book a truck even though we couldn’t pick it up because of store hours. Anthony came early to work and helped us arrange how we could check out our truck because of the U-Haul error. Give that man a raise! I give Anthony 5 stars and U-Haul 0 stars hence the 3 star review. Thank you Anthony!"

"Sam and Francia are very helpful and friendly folks! :) They both totally kept their cool while dealing with an internet issue in the store and were super adaptable finding ways to continue efficiently helping customers from their phones and iPads. I was so impressed with their patience, transparency, and determination to really help out and explain everything when sorting out an error with the rental return during all that too! :) (Sam also made my day by answering the phone with his “you got the bucks, we got the trucks” slogan that U-haul should absolutely pay him to trademark. A little humor can really save the day after navigating a whole moving process :) )"

"Thank you for having Uhaul to move large bulks of items. I love the concept very much. The online service has been a very bad experience. And in my previous order, i was told to park on Atlantic Avenue by the Uhaul rep and she caused me to incur a 145 dollar ticket. My experience with Uhaul has been bad. But it is needed. Hopefully one day the services get better or the a better service provider comes along. This trip the Vehicle was in total chaos. And I still have not received my Receipt to hand in to my Boss. Yet thank you because the use of the Uhaul allowed me to pick up items for homeless shelters. Those donations was what truly mattered. I just wish that Uhaul had a better system. The Worker at the Uhaul place were very helpful with everything. I truly appreciated them for a job well done. The lady clerk and the gentlemen providing the Uhaul were helpful with the online process. Please send my receipt and response to my grievance about my the ticket that I paid for only because I have to use this service."

"Customer service ladies were amazing! Helped me go through the process, gave me tips and advice for me to get the truck fast and easy. Truck pick up man was ready and friendly. Drop off guy was above and beyond! I didn’t put the gas and he told me about how much more I would be paying if I don’t do it. Recommended me the nearest gas station, even advised me on how much to add to make sure I don’t go over what I had to add!!! Simple the best customer service ever!"
