"I came in to Cube storage and was pleasantly greeted . Francis proceeded to offer his assistance in helping me choose a unit that fit my needs. He was so pleasant, it was refreshing. Today in a world where people will barely greet you upon entering a business, it's nice to know there are people who still believe in customer service. You should definitely acknowledge him and compensate.him with a promotion because he has managerial skills that would benefit those who are younger and entering the work force with little to no interpersonal skills let alone customer service skills.
