"The da in 2005 was a Hispanic woman that assumed that I was an alcoholic she didn’t know anything about me. I gave up my car to her because she insisted that I go to a rehab facility for alcoholism and I refused. It was the first and only time that I ever went to jail. I guess I was her only person she could intimidate. Hope she gets her turn of intimidation."
"I lost just about everything I owned thanks to Darcel Clark and her offices dereliction of duty while going through corrupt Bronx Housing Court. I had contacted her office numerous times, no one answered the phones and when I was actually allowed to leave a message, no one returned my calls. I had also contacted the Department of Justice (this was when Preet Bharara was still in charge of the Southern District), as well as the Department of Investigation, the FBI and the New York Attorney General's office too, where I spoke to individuals who wouldn't give me their names (except for the Department of Investigation, where I personally gave them evidence in an ongoing extortion case, at the time). If Darcel Clark was doing her job, she would have had a RICO case that included corrupt Judge/s, his Court Clerk, a GAL, Building Inspectors & a landlord that has gotten away with 40 years of Tenant Harassment and Rent Overcharges; they would have been caught red-handed, all 99 of my landlords properties could have been seized under RICO statutes and a good chunk of the Arthur Avenue/East Harlem Mafia would have been taken down. I filed a complaint through Bronx Community Board 11 to the Attorney General's office for help from our corrupt and useless Mayor Bill de Blasio's Tenant Harassment Task Force and the complaint was never addressed; my landlord was allowed to do yet another illegal major electrical to a 17 unit building. My landlord and Kopp electric of Masbeth only had a permit to work in the basement, he illegally entered ALL 17 units, broke open wall (and left them open for months), asbestos dust everywhere. I went to a private lawyer, Pena and Kahn told me a good judge (if there's such a thing in the Bronx) could go back 4 year of rent overcharges, triple the amount and ask for other punitive damages; instead, my landlord got away with it, the tax payers got the bill; it took 4 years in Bronx Housing Court to get my apartment subsidized from SEPS. It goes to show you what a corrupt PoS Steven Banks from HRA is, a judge ordered me to go to Legal Aid who turned me down for help 3 times in spite of me telling them my Rent Control Apartment was NEVER registered properly since the 1980's and my landlord had illegally doubled the rent, and that we were paying for bogus MCI's and there was fraudulent paperwork involved (all the stuff Jared Kushner's family accused of doing by Councilman Ritchie Torres, my Councilman. There is also massive amounts of other criminal activity involved in my case that includes Brady Rule violations and both medical and legal malpractice; Montefiore doctors are causing disabilities (they're also doing D&C's on women w/o consent, so much for the #MeToo movement), and I'm being denied disability and Access-A-Ride in spite of doctors documentation. I keep getting screwed out of benefits, first it was being on my parents Social Security, then I was cheated out of Workers Comp., SSI & HRA keeps garnishing my benefits in spite of 2 Judges ordering them to stop since 2014 due to hardship issues. So to say Darcel Clark and the Bronx District Attorney's office has been derelict of duty is an understatement. This is Governor Cuomo and Mayor de Blasio's New York, corrupt from the top down with no one to help us; leaving the taxpayer to foot the bill for someone who should be rolling in dough from numerous avenues to pursue lawsuits; then Democrats wonder why a registered Democrat like myself isn't voting for them no more, now I mainly write-in my own name (just check the Board of Election's results, you'll see my name). Shame on New York State and both Comptrollers, who have a fiduciary responsibility to hold the various parties culpable, instead they've allowed the taxpayers to foot the bill and for me to develop severe anxiety disorder from the abuse of powers involved in my case. Shame on you Darcel Clark, you're supposed to be an Agent of the Courts not in bed with the Mafia and corrupt Medicaid Doctors."
"I was assaulted & the Guy was arrested for felony assault. They d.a end up giving him probation! No prison time no community service NOTHING just probation. I knew someone who was pistol whipped and got 3 staples in his head, and they wanted to drop the case completely, they ended up dropping the 2 felonies to 1 misdemeanor & no prison time. My lawyer friend said they only want clean cut super easy cases to keep their 100% conviction rates so they can be defense lawyers after they leave and retire. He said They drop felonies to misdemeanors and misdemeanors to violations which are like jaywalking tickets. They also get to chose what cases to keep or drop, if the cops arrest someone and they feel like its to hard to fight for they drop it right away. No wonder the bronx is crime ridden"
