Life Storage - Bronx

"If I could rate 0 stars, I would. From the beginning communication was terrible. From my lease not being emailed, my insurance not being properly added to late fees and red locks on my unit all after having conversations with the manager about upgrading my unit during my grace period and waiting to receive a call back for availability. Ultimately I removed my belongings (which is a huge effort. I just had a newborn and was pregnant when I came to this facility) and upgraded to a bigger unit at a different location where the service and communication is much better. If I am paying for something, I expect my business to be valued and not to be told “Well, I guess you can take your stuff out”."

"Had a great experience at the Bruckner location. Staff were super friendly and helpful and attentive. Tavian, super helpful, due to I was in a rush he made the entire transaction quick & pleasant. Anthony was super helpful as-well and assisted when I gad questions.Princess was very Nice as as-well. The location is very clean and easy to access. Really recommend this storage place. I’m transferring from another unit and I have to say this one looks very good. Thank you guys for assisting. I rented the 5x5 and I still have more space. I put 6 large bins"
