"Extremely dissatisfied with the terrible service I received at this post office. Upon entering the post office, I was immediately struck by the poor state of cleanliness. The rugs were visibly dirty and the waste bins were overflowing, creating an unwelcoming and unhygienic environment for customers. Even more frustrating was the complete absence of postal clerks behind the counter. I was forced to wait and call out for assistance for 15 minutes before anyone acknowledged my presence. This level of inattention to customers is unacceptable. When I finally received service, I discovered there were no pens available for customer use. Upon raising this issue, I was rudely informed by the clerk that I should bring my own pen and that the pen she has were not for client use. This response is not only unhelpful but goes against the basic principles of customer service. These issues collectively point to a severe lack of customer care and professionalism at this post office. I expect better from a federal service that I rely on regularly and that serves the wonderful people of Harlem."

"This is the worst part office I've ever been to. They don't have any money orders and the customer service is terrible. They don't know how to speak to people properly. The manager needs to be fired as well as the clerks."

"Biggest Issue. You cant just call them to ask if they in fact do not have things they often dont have. You have to go there for the bad news. Its ridiculous. Why doesnt post office have money orders. This office does little else, so not having that makes this a drop off center. Might as well be a blue mailbox on the corner."

Whenever I order something online, I definitely receive it if the job is done by Fed ex or ups but this post office stole a couple of my packages. If you don't listen to nothing I say please listen to this... Don't ever come here!"
