"5 starts strictly for the workers at the help center (room 121). A woman and a man were very friendly and were so helpful, that it went beyond what my expectations were. Everyone out side that room hates there job though LOL"
"My soon to be ex-husband does not want to sign the divorce papers. I don’t know what to do I don’t know what other next steps. This is my first time getting divorced."
"Efficient, pleasant, no fuss, clear directions and honesty. Everything you could want from municipal service."
"The height of bureaucracy. None of the phone numbers work, and the ones that do go to answering machines that haven't been set up yet. Lunch hours change from day to day. This is like if an author wanted to write about a government office from hell. Of course, this review will accomplish nothing because the inconvenience, rudeness, and lack of access is the point: It's here to punish you. They Lunch hours are not posted online, so it can be anywhere from 12-1 or 1-2 depending on how they feel. Don't expect any politeness. Don't even bother calling, no one will pick up. Just go there. take a sick day, bring a book and rough it out. Good luck."
"Did 3 days of jury duty selection I didn’t get picked because I was biased. Said I can tell if someone is lying by body language. They don’t pick up phones, security is everywhere. A good place to go to sue I guess."
