"Let me begin by saying that I have never attended the church.However, I volunteer and help to distribute food to the community at the pantry located there! If you or someone you know needs food, please tell them to come on Mondays and Wednesdays. The pantry opens at 12(noon), but arrive early because it very popular! The items that are given are great and the portions are unmatched. Bring a cart and bags. They give quite a bit of food."
"The building housing the church is lofty in appearance and inside is a domed roof with hanging chandeliers. There are elevators for those who have difficulty ascending the stairs. It's accessible by train (2 and 5 train stop at 3rd Ave-149 St) as well by bus in the Longwood section of the Bronx."
