"Terrible, horrible and and absolute the worst. I was in line to sent a package abroad. I came in 10 mins before they close and lady tells me that she has no time because her 2 hour lunch will start. Oh well…:( customer service at it’s finest. Go to this location. 158 Main Ave, Passaic, NJ 07055 if she says she has no time for your package. If you are sending something to Canada they might ask you if you know how to sing Canada’s national anthem...if not they’ll tell you to “grow up” ! Seems like the person told me to sing was Len. I heard he retired. Whatever!"

"So upset to see one of your postal drivers parking on the only van accessible parking spot at Wendy's, especially when there were 2 normal parking spots available! We were unable to park to unload our handicap passenger. Your worker was a young woman, very capable of walking. She was ordering her lunch and going to the restroom. Her truck # is 8214425. I took pics and would like to post them"
"This was my third post office attempt today as the first two were closed (all before noon). This was open and Yvette was amazing! She was super friendly, helpful, and patient. Probably the best interaction I've had at a post office in years. They are closed from 1-3 pm but it was much easier to find that information on Google Maps. And that time makes more sense to me than 11:15 to 1."
