I thought that experience was worth noting because it spoke to her commitment to customer service, which is lost on the proprietor now days. "In the beginning of the year, when I started renting my 10x8 storage unit, I received a good deal. $96 a month $16 insurance total $112. 3 months into renting the storage unit, my payment increased $31 dollars, bring my monthly payment to $143 a month. No email of the increase, by mail notification, which I never received and it April. 10, 2024. It’s a shame to because I really like the facility and my storage unit is on the 1st. In addition to that, I will be canceling my storage unit because of the increase. Also, I can’t return the specialty lock that I purchased for the unit that I can’t even use any more without my storage unit with Storquest, this is a real a disappointment!"
