"Awesome and nice place to be"
"Worst library atmosphere ever. People frequently talk in regular volume--without feeling shameful--in the library. Ironically they have to set up a separate "quiet study room" within the library, which is not quiet either, for people would still listen to loud music with their open-ear headphones. Not to mention the loud eating everywhere. The staff only care about whether you are bringing in a coffee cup, which is banned, and never bother reminding people that a library might not be a place for chatters or snacks."
