"I rented storage area from this place of business in 2012. I was paying on time and regular to their account and getting assistance from HRA. The accountant quit one day. Then time to make another payment as I do. I was told I owe 1000 for storage before that I never missed a payment 40 dollars a month. HRA Paid 750 in the interim of storage. I been asking for a manager no response. They closed down over the years no one sent me email or call about my stuff in storage or too make a. Payment plan. This has been ongoing for 4 years still no response to my things. Today am still inquiring about my stuff no manager no supervisor always on vacation or just not there. In my case they are thieves and lower intensity Latina. Knowing nothing about American business. Am not going stop asking for my stuff or they going compensate for my items which is well over a 1000 dollars. Am going to sue them if I do not get a head way on my stuff. This not how we do business in America."
