"Will charge you for the used box you find in trash. Doesn’t help you because “you are the one confused” even though they have the duty to help under the circumstances. Disgusting"

"The worst Post Office in NYC if not the entire country. The government should close it down and open a new one. In addition, Postal Workers routinely state your not home and don’t deliver mail but instead choose to say they left a card with instructions but never do. I try to get all my packages delivered from UPS, FedEx or Amazon. But when it’s USPS I know it’s going to be a nightmare."

"I would avoid this miserable place at all costs! Long lines and only 1 employee in the retail service window. Place is dirty and unkept! The place should be closed and deep cleaned."

"Worst post office in America. People inside are fine. I live in the area and they lose half of my mail. Literally thousands of dollars of stolen checks. They don't do anything about it. They'll tell you that. I've never lived anywhere that failed to deliver mail this badly. It's absolutely insane how often I put something in the mail and it doesn't get to where it's going. Never had a problem with USPS until I moved here."

"This place is not serving a purpose besides mocking and ridiculing the customer. Something as simple as using the wrong color tape calls for spectacle to be made which includes every employee in the office being called to look at the package and shake their head like a bomb was discovered in the package. While they are ridiculing the tape, the other customers most private information is left out in public view for everyone to view and photograph. It needs to be out of business."
