"The Stadium Hotel Women's Shelter isn't a place that anyone should live. Children, Women, and Men alike. Not one staff member would elect to stay here as a client for a week, not even a day. It's absurd to think that Acacia has a Pre-K school located at 1650 Undercliff Ave not far from here. Now I've never stepped foot in this Pre School but I can whole heartedly assure you that Regina's Catering Service is not serving the same slop we get here on a day to day basis to these little children. So why is it okay to serve it to Women with mental health disabilities and substance abuse disorder. Women who also have a hard time advocating & speaking up for themselves. The food is overcooked every single day and it is poorly cooked at that. It is not edible. You get sick after you eat there, but what else do you do when you have absolutely no other choice? I've been a client here since May 10, 2024 and it is even more insane that years later the comment section is still trending in the wrong direction. Furthermore the majority of staff members here from Duberry to White Director & Assistant Director really don't care what goes on here. It's most certainly under budget as well as understaffed. There is barely ever any resources. It seems the best solution would be to shut this dilapidated excuse of a shelter down. The clients here need a higher level of care and attention that is never present. I believe 1-2 staff members are actually Casac T trained and certified to work here, and The Stadium Women's Shelter is what they call a micro shelter for people with mental health disability and substance abuse disorder. Yet the majority of the staff are not even qualified with any certifications or degree. Franklin Assessment Shelter had way more safety measures in place then The Stadium; anybody can bring any weapons, liquor, drug paraphernalia. extension cords, and flammable products through. I am terrified for the lives of the women in this place. There's fights every other day. Who knows really when someone will get injured badly. Like the X-Ray machine has been out of service since I arrived there. The head of security talks to clients any old kind of way and the treatment some of these women receive is just so, so, so poor. God I Pray for a better place for us all to be sent to. Because if Hell's Kitchen is a thing. Then this is Hell's Women's Shelter sadly"

"Worst hotel ever. They booked me for the wrong day and then fully charged me with no apology or anything. The "manager" Victoria or whatever yelled at me and hung up. She specifically said "we are in the business of not refunding and keeping peoples money from mistakes""

"This is also a wrose shelter to be at people getting in to fights and stab and beat up by guys no staff does anything but laugh in your face even with security but one person that works security"

NEEDS TO BE SHUT DOWN THE NEW DIRECTOR IS DEBERRY HE LIVES THERE WITH THE WOMEN HE SLEEPS IN HIS OFFICE ALL NIGHT AND WAKE UP LOOKING OUTRAGEOUS LIKE HE CRAWLED OUT OF A HOLE.BUT THIS IS OUR DIRECTOR? SHEESH. THIS PLACE IS NOT OWNED BY STAFF ITS OWNED BY THE CLIENTS!"
