"If I could rate this place lower, I would. I waited with my dad 30 min in line to ship a package and when we finally got to the counter we were met by a woman who was rude from the very first moment. She didn't explain to us what we were expected to do and then got all mad because we were "doing it wrong." The whole service, if you could even call that a service, was awful and she had the audacity to tell my dad to take the package to the location himself next time and not ship anymore."

"Asian lady unfortunately doesn't like to look for your stuff . If your slip says you have 2 packages that's all she'll give you. I had 4 total and thought I was only missing my shoes but thankfully the Spanish lady actually checked. I get real tired of hearing " it's not on the shelf" just say you don't want to do your job."

"I use this office all the time I get the best service everyone there is so sweet and helpful. My mail always arrives on time unless it’s during the holidays then it’s understandable. I want to thank them all for all their hard work. I don’t understand all these bad reviews!! People just don’t have patience!!"

"My package was supposedly delivered, but I strongly believe the mailman kept it for themselves. USPS needs to find a way to make sure their employees are held accountable for delivering packages. Other mailing couriers make sure their employees take pictures to confirm a successful delivery. TIME TO UPGRADE, USPS. Also, why is local council member Rafael Salamanca not doing anything to address this community concern!"

"One star and for two reasons only: 1) The place is clean; 2) They have improved on their line management a lot. That's when the good ends and the bad begins. First of all, before coming here beware of the fact that the employees here 1) Hate their jobs; 2) Hate their lives; 3) and most importantly, they hate you. Seriously though, at times here you may get more done by talking to a brick wall then with the folks there, in the end a brick wall would show a lot more understanding to you than they would. Understanding? Reasoning? Flexibility? That is thrown out the window as soon as you enter this place. Don't expect to get nothing done unless you got everything you absolutely need for whatever transaction it is your doing, because they are not going to have it any other way. I don't have my ID right now; this means that I can't pick up my package anymore. I tried to show them other documentation that proves to them that I am me but to no avail. That feeling you get when you know they can totally do what it is that you need them to do but they won't do it regardless for such a minor thing is the worse ever. When I went there today, I had faith that I would talk to a human, in the end I spoke to an agent, not a person. I am not someone to leave bad reviews often but today was the exception. I am so upset, I hope and pray that I never have to return there again, but sadly it is a guarantee that I will have to deal with these people again."
