"Worst delivery service in the country. They didn't deliver at my apartment building saying they couldn't find any safe place. They won't try to redeliver. I have to pick it up from the location. Then they couldn't find my package when I went there. I had to wait more than 30 minutes over there."
"I wouldn't say the service in the actual office is bad. As long as you treat the workers with respect, they return it. Now the delivery workers on the other hand can be rude but again not all of them. If I wanted to hear my mail coming because it sounds like a mobile block party with that damned speaker he carries I wouldn't care but I don't. Service in actual office is spot on. Long wait times are from my observations, mostly causes by customers who don't have everything ready by the time they get to the window or being rude and causing workers to get back at them. Same thing happens with every service. As far as undelivered packages, there is a group of porch pirates in the neighborhood that boof things and just walk with Amazon package bags so they don't get stopped or asked anything."
"USPS is the worst postal service I’ve ever encountered. They consistently deliver my packages late, and sometimes they don’t even show up at all. It’s extremely frustrating to rely on them for important mail and have it constantly mishandled or lost. I would never recommend USPS to anyone."
