"This post office should be SHUT DOWN!!!!! Imagine scheduling my appointment and when I’m there I was told “oh the lady that’s in charge of doing passport’ is on vacation” . Like come on guys this is a business and if someone booked an appointment the least you guys could do is to call to reschedule the appointment. This place is so ghetto ! This place does not even need a 1 ⭐️."

"Had a passport appointment as you won’t be seen otherwise. Showed up and waited beyond my appointment time as there were others waiting. Only to learn there is no one doing passports that day. All appointments cancelled. No notice on the window. No email notification. It would have been helpful to know before dragging my children to the post office of an appointment that was canceled with no notice. The staff in the office didn’t even think it was courteous or worth telling the people standing on the line that there was no one to do the applications. Post a sign! Then they wonder why the post office is regarded so poorly. The people working there act like they’re not customers somewhere else. Deplorable to say the least."

"This was my first time using this post office. I was remodeling my dad’s bathroom and bedroom over a particular weekend and missed a couple of the deliveries. The staff was pleasant and the agent let me get the package despite not having an ID with my dad’s address. I appreciated that because I wouldn’t have been able to complete my remodeling without those packages. The facility was clean and there wasn’t a long wait because I was the first one in line."
