"I have called and tried to use this service more than a few times as I'm a single mom and have a part time job with no vehicle. 18 dollars is a lot to me and to charge someone that ridiculous of a price for less than a mile is absurd, he is very rarely on time either and when you decline the already late ride he makes you feel like you did something wrong and says he can't do business with you anymore."
