"I went in to mail a package. I bought an envelope and had to buy bubble wrap, but I did not bring my own tape. The clueless man that worked in there said they don't provide tape. I asked if I could buy tape and he said no. I tried to put the package together and the envelope. I had to leave without mailing the package and just paid 7.00 for the bubble wrap and envelope."

"There is always a line. The woman working the conter request help and no one come to help her. It took 20 minutes. I had to wait 30 minutes. But it’s always the same problem here."

"Wood Ridge Post Office is horrendous. I have lived in this town my whole life and the woman with black hair behind the counter is USELESS. I went inside the PO to get priority mail labels (usually they are out on the counter to take what you need) I asked her for a dozen of them so I don't have to keep coming back and forth every 3 months and she handed me ONE. ONE label. I asked her for a dozen and then she questioned if I was sending the package from the PO and I told her no...I send them from home and I will need about a dozen. She proceeded to hand me ONE MORE....seriously?? 2 labels? Are they made of gold. I don't have the patience for this post office anymore - just easier to go to Lodi or East Rutherford. She is slow and not very nice. This post office front desk is useless. But my postal delivery guy is the BEST!!! I suggest stay far far away from here. The employees need to take classes in communication and personality!!!"

"Lived here for three years and have received the wrong mail at least ten times, which leads to me googling addresses and delivering other people's mail and packages. Not to mention, when I go to drop off packages for delivery at the office, the employees are absolutely the rudest I've ever encountered at a post office. They act like everything is the biggest inconvenience."

"We come here all the time to drop off packages in bulk, as my husband works from home and it’s his JOB. There is one woman who is always great, but the rest of the workers at this location are rude and always seem annoyed that they have to work. It would be nice to walk into this post office and actually see some change in attitude and it actually clean."
