"Not sure why this was posted as a 3 star review initially, but 3 stars is so far from what Signature West (formerly Meridian) is worthy of. Meridian TEB (you'll always be Meridian in my heart) has some of the best staff on the planet when it comes to general aviation, taking care of the VIP passengers and flight crew that come through. I should know, I've been coming here roughly 20 years now. I know at times pilots have a foul taste in their mouths when they see the name Signature Flight Support, but that doesn't mean the staff aren't the best of the best. And now with the merger, this team has combined with people who care equally about safety and service! It's kind of like Cheers if you take the time to get to know some of the staff - it is a place where everybody knows your name. Betsy and Vic for starters are two of the most outstanding people I have met in my career. They'll make sure you and your pax are taken care of. Yeah, it's a bummer to not see the green logo when you pull onto the ramp, but the people are all still there. Line service, CSRs, porters, managers alike are all tremendous. So yeah, this place is still a 7 out of 5 if I could give that! I apologize for my initial inadvertent 3 star rating! Good luck under the new logo my friends!"

"Very friendly and helpful! Extremely low price on 100ll (almost $1/gallon cheaper than my home airport KASH). They also waive the handling fee if you buy 15 gallons so whoever online says Teterboro is an expensive airport to land at is just wrong. Was a very easy airport and FBO to visit for a small GA plane (Piper Cherokee 180). Just study the sectional and airport diagram beforehand. Way easier to get in and out than I thought initially. Will be coming back! 25 minute Uber to Manhattan!"

"Cheaper to park a Cirrus here than to park a car in Manhattan ($60/night, but every 15 gallons of 100LL purchased waives one night). The line staff are busy with jets, of course, but they still make time to deal with us peasants. Great front desk staff and a nice pilot area upstairs."
