"My trip to New York City with Geraldo Transport was incredibly bad they did not have drivers reliable that they were all drugs according to the driver that pick me up. I was told that at 6:00 A.M., i was pick up at another time 8:00 A.M. the company's owner (Geraldo) had a massive heart attack and a strock he sold his company to someone else. Ever since the entire company change from excellent to real bad. They used to come at your door on time, now they do not care the driver all the way to New York City complaining, i had change to 4 differend vehicle, before getting to the Bronx Area. Returning 5 day later was real nightmare it was bad i received a call at 12:00 PM that a driver would be in front of my sister's building in 20 minutes that took 5 hour's before a driver came to pick me up, he was angry and coursing all the way to Canden, N.J. there was another driver in a gas station waiting for the passager to arrive, so they could be taken to Philadelphia. I was a very happy customer but 3 weeks ago everything change.I DO NOT recommend this company as a resposable company they are dangerous in the road. The board of Transportation should investigate New owner and there driver's if they drive under the influence. We were approximately 10 passager in a minibus."
