"I would give it 0 stars if I could. Never again would I use this even if it was half the price of other ones. I was not advised that our trip was completed when we were still at a transfer. I was informed by the other 3 people with me. We all called customer service and got the run around first the bus checked us in and more bull. We were offered after 3/4 hours waiting and calling over and over a full credit to the wallet but no refund due to first we were checked in then it just wasn’t possible then lastly because we were driven “half way” to ny.. but I just didn’t bother to argue with people who can’t answer questions that are simple yes or no or that I have to continue correcting because one time it’s a yes then a no. Last call I wish it was via my phone because I wanted it recorded under my phone number with the dispute I put but whoever one of the other passenger was speaking to, I asked them first if possible to know the drivers name, first it was a yes then a no then a please hold, then a no. But when I told him his policy doesn’t allow him to state the bus drivers name yet their app clearly states it.. he all of a sudden states a name that wasn’t even the bus driver noted. So when they say they’ll call back after contacting the driver know one they either can’t contact because he’s driving or lie and say they told them he was on route. We all had to get a new bus ticket with another company thankfully available for the day of (8/2) but first we were offered a discount for a future ride wow."
"Spacious area for buses, many people leave and come to New York, I left this stop for San Francisco"
