"I went yesterday just to be told to go back Monday. I went to change my date of birth and last name and the women with blonde hair that speaks Spanish and English said it takes long and she could do it because there was more people to attend to. I’m pregnant and this is frustrating for me because I waited in pain didn’t use the bathroom or anything just in case they call me just to find out I basically went for nothing. The women had an attitude I really didn’t know why if I’m like the nicest person. It’s becoming a problem because now I’m getting letters that my health services like dental work and eye exams are not being paid for."
