"I was presented with a lot of directive"
"Because you've been I've been trying to get through the IRS for the past 3 weeks to get a PIN number to file my taxes as soon as the 15th of April come up they're going to penalize me how can we get these numbers are getting information if you can't speak to a live person I'm not understanding this no they're not good the phone number they give us it's not good"
"Received a letter for an amount due. I done made an account and finally done with the steps, I see a whole different amount from what the letter is stating. I spoke to an agent online and he told me if adjustments were made my balance would be different. The crazy part is I Received a letter in 2021 that because my taxes were calculated incorrectly, I don't owe. It's the fact that no one communicates, answer the phone but so quick to take money. Especially money you're wasn't aware that you owed. It's disappointing"
"(The Common Citizen) When you have to pay taxes or owe taxes it's always a bad experience dealing with the IRS. (Unless You're The Ex-president) You don't owe when you don't show when you're #45."
"The security guard was completely rude and yelled at me. I don't know the procedure here but that doesn't mean one needs to get yelled at for it. If you come here, don't move because apparently you can't move without getting yelled at."
