"I staring make a line almost in from door, 40 minute waiting nobody moving in the line ( literal) bad service I dont know then go to watching a movie in the back, or what they doing every window don’t have anybody work. Poor service, but is washigtton Height!"

"I understand that in life we all have issues and problems. However, it is not the customers fault that these peoples lives didn’t turn out how they wanted. The employee in question was talking AT me, instead of to me. I get that she hates her job maybe. But that’s not anyone’s problem. To make it worse it’s that ghetto speaking lack of people skills character archetype. USPS must be overwhelmingly desperate to put someone so rude in an interactive role.She literally became perturbed because I asked for a receipt. As if I wanted to be there myself."

"This post office is the worst I've been to. The employees have attitudes for days, and they opened up half an hour late. The door opens at 9am, they weren't ready until 9:30. If you don't like your job then leave. Leave the attitude at home. I can understand if someone is giving you lip, but if someone is talking to you with respect, give it back. The place is filthy. They didn't clean the main lobby from the night before. Not organized and disgusting. No wonder this post office has a bad reputation and bad reviews"

"I avoid this USPS office even if it means going further away. The woman with braids at station 5 this morning (6/1/24) always has a horrible attitude, is rude, rolls her eyes, and lacks patience, especially when customers have limited english skills (which is VERY common in this area). She starts getting frustrated and demands others to translate. This is my closest location but I would rather go down to Audubon location to avoid this customer service. I don’t expect excellent service either but rather basic human decency skills."

"Absolute worst post office I’ve ever dealt with. At this point I believe someone here is stealing packages. More than once I’ve had a package go missing that they claim to deliver but never did. They claim that someone probably stole it at our building but A) we don’t have this problem with Amazon and B) my wife and I both work from home and watch our trackers on every package we get. We immediately check the door when a package arrives and if they didn’t put it at the door we immediately check the mail room and mailbox. The fact is it’s not there so either the delivery person is accidentally dropping it off in the wrong place or they are stealing it themselves. When we call or go in person they do nothing and treat us like it’s our fault it’s missing. We notice that the packages that consistently get stolen are the ones that are insured. The post office would know that typically means that we can just get another one.. Looking into options to have this office properly investigated."
