"Poor customer service, good luck getting past campus security. Took me 45 minutes to prove I'm a student though I was wearing a school uniform. This was via online store and getting in touch with the bookstore by phine was near impossible."

"Why is the bookstore so small? The old bookstore was big and had room to move around. I guess since a person isn't in there daily, size doesn't matter. What does matter is the supply of items and pricing. In that, Lehman bookstore gets a plus. Pay online and pick up is a novel idea!! My required book for class was in stock where Amazon says 2-5 weeks."

"I've purchased my cap and gown at the Lehman's Bookstore. There was a line and security allowed us to enter the building in sets of 10. It was a smooth operation and the ladies inside were helpful."

"Buyer beware. I bought a North Face backpack from this store and when i got home I noticed a hole in it. The cashier did not check the bag for damages and did not mention that they wont accept returns/exchanges. According to their receipt, they accept returns and exchanges within 30 days, however, when I went back at my earliest convenience to exchange it for one in good condition, the staff told me that all sales are final and they refused to honor their own exchange policy. I spoke to the manager who made up excuses asking me why I didn't go back the same day or call and they said that they have no way of knowing whether or not it was damaged after I bought it. All I wanted was an exchange. As far as I'm concerned, this store and its staff have zero integrity. I expect people to honor their written word. My advice, check your stuff before you buy it, or shop somewhere else."
