"They lose your packages, lose your mail, you will wait in line for hours to buy a stamp. Save yourself the aggravation and hours of your time and go to UPS down the block instead."

"It is a very serious lack of respect for the community that, being an area with a large volume of people, one spends an hour in line because there are few personnel attending, when one pays a lot of taxes and does not deserve anything. It's really disappointing. and the employees are very friendly but the work is a lot."

"Mail carriers and delivery persons are lazy, always marking that they tried to deliver an item and never step foot in my building. Also, they leave my packages instead of knocking on my door, and because of this, my packages are stolen. When you call, you get looped around, and nothing is ever done, and they continue to do this. All of you need to be fired and investigated because you do not handle people's items with care or concern. Your workers also opened my packages too from Victoria secret and helped themselves to my items, made complaints about this as it happened 3 times and nothing was ever done. You all cause a whole bunch of unnecessary stress for everyone."

"If you live in this area you CANNOT use USPS. A mailmen is apparently dishonest about deliveries or leaving notices if he even does his route at all... Lost an important gift from family over this recently. Wish we had used another service. I've had okay experience in person. Slow, but okay. Have to give 1 star though for gross ineptitude. Somebody needs to get fired."
