"I wanted to send a parcel to France today at this post office, and one of the postal agents told me that it's impossible to send parcels to France! This is incredible for the first post office in the United States. On the company's website, it says that this is possible. But apparently, the agents at this post office have their own rules, which go beyond the established ones. The agent was unpleasant and dismissed me, so I felt offended."
"One star ONLY BECAUSE I can't give less than that. Not even one single pen available IN A POST OFFICE! Super dismissive lady working on the counter. No manners, whatsoever. She can hate her life/job all she wants but that's none of my concerns, and I do not have to take that, from her in particular, or anyone else whoever they might be behind the counter. Will avoid at all cost in the future."
"I only come here to Drop off packages , but usps a billion dollar company need to seriously get there stores cleaned most are super dirty and often messy. Try providing better service to your customers 1 person to work a window is inconsiderate."
